Hate this album. Lousy mix. Some mediocre preformances. Elvis is half asleep(or something).

I like this concert but the sound quality on this CD is shocking! Was it recorded/remastered in a fish tank?

Bad concert, bad mastering... but you can extract the sound of your DVD :)

I'm not of the same opinion: it has been the first CD I have ever bought, after the vinyl era, and I still like it...

The Beginning of the testing era to see if Elvis fans would buy alternate concert stuff. It was like going fishing for BMG, and then from this point on they were catching fans by the net full. Nicer to own this if you can find it on 33 RPM.

This is an awesome concert. So many strong performances. I've never heard Elvis in better voice! What's not to love? Scorching hot rockers: See See Rider, Burning Love, Steamroller Blues (Elvis' voice simply amazing here) and Big Hunk (love that piano solo). Country: It's Over, So Lonesome and Welcome to My World. Haunting ballads: I'll Remember You and Can't Help Falling In Love. Showstoppers: You Gave Me a Mountain, Fever, Suspicious Minds, An American Trilogy. And daft forays into vintage rock 'n' roll: Love Me, Blue Suede Shoes and Hound Dog. This has to be my favourite post-1961 Elvis concert. Love it!
