Just like an old grandfather's clock that won't stop running
Like an old racehorse that just wont ever quit
There'll be no end to loving you
Nothing can stop me once I start
'Cos I'm a one track mind and a one track heart
Well I'm as stubborn as a mule I just won't let up
Like an old bloodhound Ill hang around your trail
There'll be no end to loving you
Don't try to stop me if you're smart
'Cos I'm a one track mind and a one track heart
Oooo- eeeee there'll be no turning back
Oooo- eeeee I'm gonna stay on your track
Just like a choo-choo train that's gotta keep a-chugging
You'll find that I'm the kind who sticks to what I do
There'll be no end to loving you, baby we'll never be apart
'Cos I'm a one track mind and a one track heart
Oooo- eeeee there'll be no turning back
Oooo- eeeee I'm gonna stay on your track
Just like a choo-choo train that's gotta keep a-chugging
You'll find that I'm the kind who sticks to what I do
There'll be no end to loving you, baby we'll never be apart
'Cos I'm a one track mind and a one track heart

This song and Big Love Big Heartache were the standout songs from Roustabout for me.
Good rocking tune from the movie and soundtrack "Roustabout" that has one major flaw. The line that reads "like a choo-choo train that's gotta keep a chuggin" This juvenile line that sounds like it was written for "Sesame Street" almost ruins the song. I know writers were pressed for time on these soundtrack songs, but "choo-choo train"??? How about "big freight train". In the movie Elvis is singing this on stage, not at a puppet show.
One of the better songs of the soundtrack years. It moves nicely and has a good melody. This team was a bit better than Tepper/Bennett for movie songs. Still not great, but acceptable compared to many others.
Ok choo choo train is not that smart a line, but overall I really like this song. Nice beat, nice melody and Elvis sounds enthused. I have gotten to like the soundtrack a lot more recently with the standouts being Little Egypt and Big Love, Big Heartache.
For me this is a mediocre moviesong, barely average.. To me he doesn't sound very much into the song, even though he looks good performing it. Standout songs from this soundtrack is Threre's a brand new day on the horizon, Little Egypt and the great Poison Ivy League.
I like this song, like Roustabout movie and Soundtrack. It has a nice guitar and Elvis deliver this song with conviction. I like it a lot. It marks the end of an era: the last good movie/soundtrack/chart presence.
This is one of the better songs of Rousatabout. Very catchy and definitely a sing along. Also one of the better Elvis movies as well.
This is such a fabulous, fun. catchy and underrated song and it should definitely be far better known than it actually is. I've never skipped it. I like every song recorded for "Roustabout" and it's my fifth most favorite Elvis movie.
This song and Big Love, Big Heartache are the highlights of a halfway decent soundtrack album. 4 stars.
Good movie *rocker.* I've always enjoyed it. 3 and a half stars.
From the movie soundtrack "Roustabout", his last top selling #1 album before things really started "tanking" as to his movies and soundtrack albums. Funny, I don't think I've ever seen this flick; not that I ever will anymore. 3-stars from me.
Fun catchy tune thats one of the better songs off of Roustabout. Again mediocre lyrics but Elvis' voice more than makes up for it.
It's my favorite song from the movie and soundtrack to Roustabout. Yeah that's right, I like it even more than "Little Egypt." Possible single potential?
