The only song on this album that I don´t like is The Last Farewell, so I´m buying this for sure. Thanks Ernest and co.

I always loved the Graceland Sessions since the first time I listened to them some twentyfive years ago. It is impressive how dedicated Elvis was to the songs he recorded during these sessions. What a difference to the quality of his concerts from the same period of his life! "Danny Boy" (take 9) is one of my favorites. And, it is really not necessary to listen to Willie Nelson's "Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain" to realize how great Elvis's version is. This release is absolutely great as is "The Jungle Room Sessions" from the very same label. It is like sitting with the King in his Jungle Room watching him recording his very last studio songs. Those of you who had visited Graceland already most likely know what I am talking about. :-)

The Jungle Room sessions are Elvis's last masterpiece. Songs close to his soul, songs he wanted to sing. Simple and moving. He started out with Old Shep and ended up with Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain.
