I empathise with you 'torments my heart' but it is not about Elvis Presley it is about selling cars. This particular song fits like a glove with a car advertisement, is comparatively recent and in many people's memories, and the last Elvis single other than Rubberneckin' (to a lesser extent) to make huge waves globally.
