Good stuff. The question is if we get the two tracks from the 27th show, " 2001 " and " That´s alright " from this day cause on one import cd these two tracks are not fom this date, if I got it right in my mind they used the two tracks from the 26th. And will we get the complete concert now on ftd ?

"The tapes unfortunately have imperfections, but we have prioritized the historic importance and rarity of these recordings" is vague and waffly.

When this gets released, I'll wait for reviews about the sound quality before I decide to purchase it or not.

When FTD releases 3 CDs at once they are usually booth or audience recordings. Similar to the last Tahoe 3cd set.

The official label Memphis Record Service (MRS) has already released these concerts on the box-set: LAS VEGAS INTERNATIONAL PRESENTS ELVIS – NOW 1971

The sound unfortunately ruins what otherwise might have been a pleasant listening. Elvis himself doesn't hold back, but he sounds a bit careless in between. The Wonder Of You cut short and fooled around with a.o. I have picked the best sounding performances and used the "one only" performances of songs. For the most part the 28th MS are the best sounding imo! I made a playlist of 21 tracks, running 59 mins on my computer. I guess these shows are of more historical importance than anything else.

Correction! For the first time we get "That's alright" from the 27th ms show. It is not released on the MRS boxset. But the MRS boxset has included the closing show from the 23rd of February. So both boxsets are required.
