I have the book The Boy From Tupelo and that's very good. I don't think they can improve this. Perhaps they show more pics but as it was the case with the 5 TTWII books there were more pics but the better book was the official one.

Guess what ? I thought about this material a few months ago and woosh here it is from Lorentzen. There will be defenitly more photos in this book then the sold out ftd book/cds set. The only minus is that there will be no cds. It realy doesn´t matter to me I will buy it. Got nearly all of Lorentzen´s books and the files magazines and they are surely a winner, a gas gas gas !

Ordered my copy as soon as it was announced! As a vinyl collector sinds I was a teenager in the 50s (CDs as well sinds they first appeard in the early 80s) for more than 67 years now, i'll welcome this release with open arms. Still owning original and vintage Technics, Dual, and Sony recordplayers with diamont styluses in top quality , and I wouldn't trade them for the world. As good as the book "The Boy From Tupelo" may be (and I own it too), the 800-page book set is a must-have as far as I'm concerned. The Sun-years: the most important and fascinating period IMHO. Ah, the good old days when vinyl was king.

I think it's excellent material. I only have the box master version released a long time ago
