Elvis is karate-chopping biker who's hired as a carnival Roustabout. Looks like this talented tough guy may be what the good-hearted owner (Barbara Stanwyck) needs to save her traveling show from bankruptcy.

I love this film. A Hard Day's Night came out the same year ('64) and while that film is well-made and widely praised, it certainly doesn't compare to the magic of this outing for Elvis. The Colonel and Elvis were doing something right.
