The CMT import-label announced the release of the LP 'King Creole' featuring the soundtrack album in stereo with additional bonus tracks. This re-issue comes on yellow colored vinyl and is due January 2021. 

Side 1: King Creole / Crawfish / As Long As I Have You / Headed Woman / Trouble / Dixieland Rock / Don’t Ask Me Why / Lover Doll / Young Dreams / Steadfast, Loyal And True / New Orleans.  

Side 2:  Berries, Gumbo - Crawfish (Film Version) / Lover Doll  (undubbed) / Dixieland Rock (Film Version) / As Long As I Have You (Take 4) / Steadfast, Loyal And True (Slow Version) / Turtles, Berries, Gumbo (Master) / Muskat Ramble / Main Title / Radio Spot.

Depends what is meant by 'true stereo' - the King Creole sessions were record in binaural two-track, with the released recordings mixed from these in mono. However, given they are saying 'true stereo', it suggests these are more of the infamous manufactured stereo mixes of the past few years.
