Elvis performed at the City Auditorium, Waycross, Georgia at 7.00 and 9.00 p.m.

Elvis went to the birthday party for Jan Shepard, who played his sister in the movie. He showed up with a stuffed tiger on his shoulders that he had named Danny Boy, after the song he had often sung on the set. He also gave Shepard a movie camera, with which home movies of the party were shot.

Recording of backing tracks for the movie Clambake continued from 7.00 p.m. to 5.00 a.m. but without Elvis, who remained at his hotel.

This was the last night in the American Studio and Elvis recorded only Who Am I? The session and the American experience ended at midnight.

There were some difficulties with the showroom sound system for some time now and the Colonel threatened that Elvis would not perform his last 2 nights if the problem was not solved.
