Composer Barry Mason, Dead at 85: UK iconic songwriter Barry Mason died on Friday, he was 85.
Mason became a major chart success with 1960's hits such as Tom Jones' 'Delilah', Edison Lighthouse with 'Love Grows (where my Rosemary goes)', The Fortunes 'Here it Comes Again' and Engelbert Humperdinck's 'The Last Waltz'. The majority of his best-known work was written in partnership with Les Reed which included 'Girl Of Mine' that Elvis recorded at Stax in 1973.
