Three new magazines arrived last week, here is an overview in order of appearance:
The Man And His Music
The 119th issue of EMM (or if you prefer TMAHM) brought as usual several hours of reading entertainment. The absolute highlight to me was Gordon Minto's rant, underlining the wisdom of yours truly by deciding not to go to the RPO thing. Paul Richardson has a nice article on Norfok, Virgina (1956), The Giles Files and Neat & Tidy were nice features too (time for something different). Of course the reviews gave a good read also.
My Happiness
The French fanclub issued their magazine My Happiness for the 103rd time. The issue has (of course) a lot of attention for the French Elvis, Johnny Hallyday, who passed away last December. There are articles on Red West and Fun in Acapulco. Furthermore the paper is filled with the usual items: reviews, news and 'Today in France'.
The OEPFC Magazine
The March/April issue of the OEPFC magazine has articles on Roy Hamilton, greatly appreciated by Elvis and Hal Wallis. There are also articles on Elvis in Europe and Indianapolis, with lots of candids.
