It was known as the car that Elvis Presley and Priscilla would drive around Memphis after they got married. The famous 1967 Cadillac Coupe De Ville was recently sold at the Barrett-Jackson auction for $88,000. Before being out for auction, Elvis Presley’s Cadillac Coupe de Ville has been part of Mike L. Moon’s private collection since 1979. It has been on display at the Elvis Presley Museums in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and Niagara Falls ever since.
Elvis purchased this red Caddy on September 15, 1967 and it was the car he drove Priscilla with around Memphis, shortly after they were married. The bidder received copies of the original Bill of Sale, as well as the original Protect-O-Plate showing the name Elvis Presley and listing the address of Graceland. Finished in red with a black interior, the 2-door coupe comes with an 8-cylinder engine and a 3-speed automatic transmission.
