According to a report on the Web, there will be 5 'new' songs on the October Brazilian Tour of 'Elvis In Concert' including:
'Love Me'
'Little Sister'
'Always On My Mind'
'Sweet Caroline'
'Lawdy Miss Clawdy' (from On Tour)
Along with the 5 additions, 'Mystery Train/Tigerman' will also be featured this time around in Brazil. However, 'Love Me' was featured on the 2005 European Tour.
According to Jack Soden, "currently , the Facebook page Elvis , South America ranks third in the number of international fans, behind only the United Kingdom and Mexico, and this allows us to share the life of Elvis and his legacy with them ."
Of course, of course! Forget about Old Shep!!..
UK and Mexico are countries, South America is a continent. It would be more interesting to understand if there are more fans in Japan, Germany or Brazil.
I always assumed they needed live footage of Elvis singing a song to use it in the "Elvis In Concert" thing? I only know of the footage of Elvis recording "Always On My Mind" (with the headphones on). Other than rehearsal footage, I can't think of where "Little Sister" is from either---but I know it was performed live with the Beatles' "Get Back". If "Always On My Mind" was ever done live, and on film, I sure would LOVE to see it!
Forgot! Of course there is footage of Little Sister/Get Back from August 12, 1970 midnight show!
