indeed was to agree with Binder/Elvis on the '68 TV special. If they would have listened to Parker, they would have made a Christmas Special that would have been successful year after year until the Maya's new calendar until 3012 !!
Or, he should have said to Binder and EP : here's what I agree on you cxxksxxkers: half an hour Hits by Elvis (as the TV special turned out) plus half an hour Christmas songs by the King. Take it or leave it. NBC would have agreed either way as they knew such a Xmas TV Show would still be running in 192 countries until 3012 !
