Our friends at EER have issued the following warning: "These past few weeks, internet retail giant Amazon have been advertising the upcoming general release of the ultimate Graceland book. But, if you have pre-ordered Elvis Presley's Graceland, Through the Years 1957-1977 from Amazon, then you may want to cancel your order and re-order from one of the Elvis dealers on the web. EER has been informed by Joseph Pirzada that to this day Amazon have yet to make any contact with him regarding buying stock for them to meet the numbers pre-ordered. With this in mind we would not want to see any fan waiting for this one to be disappointed once this is released.
This is not the first time something like this has happened, you may remember some time ago, Amazon advertised an upcoming FTD classic series 7" (I think 'Elvis Country') and mistook it for just a normal £8.99 release. Fans pre-ordered the album before they could spot the error. Come the release date and words "Currently out of stock" and so it remained for weeks until all orders were cancelled, when it was removed."
