One of the legendary Ger Rijff’s earliest books, Long Lonely Highway: A 50s Elvis Scrapbook, is being reissued by Diane Publishing in the US on 28 May 2011. Chock full of great text and archival material the hardcover release features 200 pages. Barnes & Noble has it for pre-order at the discount price of US $16.87 plus postage. The book was first published in 1985 with a reissue in 1987.
