Due for release from the Godfather Records import label is the double CD set "Strung Out In Vegas" according to a posting on the FECC Forum.
The main show (Vegas) is probably taken from "Desert Storm" (Fort Baxter). A complete audience source is available on "Drug Story" (Elvis Presley Live Collection), a complete soundboard/ audience source is available on "Time To Dare" (MXF Records). The Richmond tracks are probably taken from "Guaranteed To Blow Your Mind" (Luxor), which is the ultimate release (for now) to have that show complete.

Previously released by major classic import labels. Don't burn your fingers to this incomplete
greedy release!
How many times is this embarrassing show going to make the rounds? Hearing Elvis like this was painful. I sold Desert Storm after one play.
A piece of crap. Godfather Records? I haven't even heard about this label. $$$$ makers. Quick buck.
The people behind this release were strung out!
Steve V, regardless of whether you sold Desert Storm or not Im sure that if you were in the audience for the show being an Elvis fan you would have loved it. Elvis was in a talking mood for this engagement, some of the things he said were out of character for his concert shows however there are alot of good performances from this show. As I say wouldn't it have been great to be there at the show, any show.
KTemple - have to disagree. I saw Elvis several times. If this was one of the shows I was at, I would have been upset. In 1974, Elvis was a man in a lot of trouble.
Steve V, lucky you, I never had that chance. I understand Elvis wasn't in top form, he was in trouble but I believe most fans would still have loved to have been at this show than none at all. That goes for any show that Elvis did right up to the end. Of course I'd pick a show from 1969-1972 to attend if I had a choice but if there was no choice I would just have loved to have seen him anytime.
He is shouting lyrics,he is halfway singing to cilla and is making a complete idiot of himself, boy cilla must have ate this up! Not to mention the rant about drugs,no hes not on anything is he? He had it all and for some reason just watched it crumble, its sad and not entertaining to me!
Yep of course he was on something(s). We all know that. But I dont think he made an idiot of himself, that is what some people do on this site on a regular basis.
Giving a speech about how your not on drugs while slurring your words and shouting and cursing to me is making a idiot of yourself! There is much better material to choose from, if some like a strung out Elvis then by all means enjoy, i just find it sad!
